Mary Jane Prodoehl was born May 31, 1944 at Swedish Hospital in Hopkins, MN to Ben Filipi and Margaret (Taylor) Filipi. She grew up on her family farm and graduated from Eden Prairie High School. Mary married Jerry on June 19, 1965 and they were the parents of two children. Mary spent many years working at Our Own Hardware in Eden Prairie. More recently she enjoyed working as a lunch lady. Mary was a life long member of Eden Prairie United Methodist church were she volunteered as an usher, counted offering and served on the hospitality committee.

Mary enjoyed quilt making, gardening, baking, and family camping and fishing trips. Mary’s biggest joy was her 5 grandchildren.

Mary is survived by her daughter Kim Feenstra of Kalamazoo, MI; son Kevin Prodoehl of Chaska; grandchildren Anthony, Brian, Christina, TJ, Dylan and many nieces and nephews. Mary was preceded in death by her husband Jerry Prodoehl, mother Margaret, father Ben, sister Shirley, and brothers Butch and Chuck.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, Sept 15, 2020 at 11 am at Huber Funeral Home, 16394 Glory Lane, Eden Prairie. Visitation will be one hour prior. Social distancing and face masks are required.
