Betty May Hyland Olson, age 96 died peacefully on May 5, 2023 at 8:15 PM. Betty was born on December 22, 1926 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The daughter of William and Grace Hyland. She married the love of her life Harold G Olson, May 6, 1949, Harold pre-deceased her on March 5 2010. She is survived by her three children, Cynthia (Paul Nelson), Bruce (Connie) Olson, Julie (Mike) Wood (Laursen), nine grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and many loving nieces, nephews, family, and friends. Preceded in death by: son David Olson, siblings: Bill, Irv, Dean and Jeanine. Funeral Service for our Christian prayer warrior Betty Olson will be at 11:00 AM, Thursday May 11th, 2023, at Our Savior Lutheran Church, 23290 MN-7, Excelsior, MN 55331 with visitation one hour prior to service at CHURCH. Lunch to follow.

Private Family interment will be at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
