Pokonosky, Jeff 1964 - 2018 We lost our son, our brother, our uncle and our friend. Jeff was born on Mother's Day, May 10, 1964 to Mary and Tom Pokonosky in New Haven, Connecticut. He is preceded in death by grandparents, Joseph and Mae Pokonosky and Lawrence and Vivian Creadon, by his uncle George Creadon, and by Jake the Wonder Dog, his swim partner from Alcatraz. Jeff is survived by Mom and Dad, sister Karen Hallmer (Guy), brothers John and George (Nicole), nieces Christine Janak and Lauren Pokonosky, and nephew Joseph Pokonosky, also Drew Taylor, as well as many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins. We know Jeff will be missed by his countless friends across the country, from California to Colorado and Texas to Minne-sota.
