Obituary for John Leigh "Jack" Scruton
Scruton, John "Jack" Leigh age 91 of Minneapolis MN, passed away on March 27, 2018. Preceded in death by wife, Marjorie Kottke Scruton, step daughter Karen Fehling, parents Herwood & Marguerite Scruton, brothers Gary L., and James W. Scruton, sister Marlyce Lange. Survived by daughter Janet (Richard) Skrien, step-daughter Kim (Stephen) Andersen, grandchildren and great grandchildren. John proudly served his country in the US Navy, Guam, from 1944-1946. John enjoyed living in Oregon from 1993-2006, and touring the country in his RV, which included drives to Prudhoe Bay, Alaska and Cabo San Lucas, Baja Cal. A small private service was held at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
