Olivia Rose Zorbas, age 19, of Watertown & Eden Prairie, MN, passed away at her home in Watertown on March 23, 2018. Olivia was born May 7, 1998 in Waconia, MN to her parents Alexander Zorbas of Eden Prairie and Linda Pope of Watertown, MN. A sweet, caring and precious young flower, she will be forever missed. Olivia leaves to mourn her parents, Grandfather Thomas Pope and Grandmother Urania Zorbas, her brothers Nicholas Pope (Megan Olson), Zachary Zorbas and Owen Danner, her sister Alexandra Jinsky, aunts Debi (Mike), Bonnie (David) , Karen, Gina, Kay, uncle Kevin, nephews Aiden Pope and Jeran Jinsky, many cousins, relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her Grandmother Beverly Pope and Grandfather John Fotios Zorbas. Olivia's memorial and funeral service will be held on Friday, March 30th at the Huber Funeral Home, 16394 Glory Lane in Eden Prairie, MN at 2:00pm.
