Richard “Dick” R. Wagner, age 70, of Mound passed away from Alzheimer’s on January 2, 2018. Preceded in death by father, James Wagner. Survived by loving wife, Carol; daughters, Sara (Dave) Sausker and Anna Alvarez; grandchildren, Paul & Evelyn Sausker and Jeremy, Gregory, Richard and John Alvarez, and Omar Concha; mother, Ann Brosious; siblings, James (Roberta), Steve (Mary Ann), and Elizabeth (John) Hamer; and many other loving relatives and friends. Dick loved wood-working, boat-building, the outdoors, camping, words – both written and spoken, and ice-cream. He had a fantastic sense of humor. He loved his family, especially his grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, January 6 at 11:00am with a visitation one-hour prior, at Our Lady of the Lake Church, 2385 Commerce Blvd, Mound. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the Alzheimer’s Association.
