William “Bill” Waples, age 66, of Excelsior, passed away September 11, 2017. He is preceded in death by parents, William & Dolly Waples; and his grandparents. He is survived by his son, Andrew; granddaughter, Lauren; brother, Jeff (Linda); nephew, Chris; nieces, Sara and Amy; and great-nieces and great-nephews. That deaf dumb and blind kid sure played a mean pinball. He truly loved you all. A memorial gathering will be held at Huber Funeral Home, 520 2nd St., on Wednesday, September 20 from 3-6pm with an informal service beginning at 5pm.
