Hentges, DeVerne L. "Vern" age 81, of Shorewood. Vern passed away peacefully on April 9 from congestive heart failure surrounded by his loving wife, children, grandchildren & great-granddaughter. Survived by wife, LaVon Hentges; children, Joel Hentges, Angela (Tom) Joyce, Linda Hipp, Bill Hentges, Christopher Hentges & Kelly Hentges; grandchildren, Luke & Joseph Joyce, Eva & Clara Hipp, Colton & Skylar Hentges; great-granddaughter, Hayzel Washington; brother, Russell Hentges; nieces, nephews and loving in-laws. Memorial service Thursday, April 20, 2017 at 11:00 AM at Huber Funeral Home Chapel, 520 Second St., Excelsior. Visitation will take place for one hour prior to the service.
